Do you want to help us ensure we are not only compliant but also able to make the right decisions from a society perspective?As Group Product Manager for Digital Legal, you will lead our Digital Legal team responsible of Legal & Intellectual property, Legal Matter Management and Governance, Risk & Compliance. You will set the strategy and priorities for how to reach your joint Digital vision in close partnership with our Legal and compliance management team. You will own the digital legal portfolio and develop the solutions supporting our Legal and Compliance teams on their journey to make Volvo Cars a company that role model responsibility. This will be your challenge.What you'll do

Be responsible to drive and develop for the Digital Legal & Compliance strategy and roadmap based on stakeholders' needs.
Suggest recommendations for digital process and system improvements based on the stakeholders needs, as well as manage related rollout and training, ensuring a modern digital landscape supporting the future of Volvo Cars Group Legal & Corporate Governance.
Be responsible for the current Legal and Compliance tech stack efficiently and lead high-level Legal & Compliance Department transformation projects and change management.
Articulate and communicate short- and long-term vision to teams and relevant stakeholders.
Own the Digital Legal budget, prioritize impactful ideas, and maximize return on investments.
Collaborate with stakeholders within the Legal and Compliance Departments on technology and systems to improve legal and compliance productivity and efficiency and optimize product setup to achieve business goals and user needs both short and long term.
You will coach, mentor, and inspire your team.
Together with business and engineering counterparts, shape, design and build relevant, feasible and valuable solutions that meet user's and our strategic needs.
Collaborate within the bigger Volvo Cars Digital organization to leverage our full capability to the Legal business.

What you'll bringWe believe that you have senior experience of leadership and product management. You have alsp been working in the Digital legal, corporate compliance, internal control or risk management and oversight solutions domain, or as a consultant supporting global operations with these types of digital solutions, or on the Legal business side with a focus on designing digital solutions.

You have prior experience of establishing or growing a digital legal or compliance operations function.
You understand how to work with product development in an environment combining inhouse and outsourced development, know the importance of cross-collaboration and how to set priorities in line with business strategy.
You have skills to lead, develop, inspire, and grow your team. You know how to partner and collaborate in complex stakeholder management environment.
You are knowledgeable and passionate about modern software development and know how to design user-centric products that fit both current and future needs.
You are proficient in turning insights into actions, skilled in global product strategy and are willing to work hands-on to ensure continuous progress, learning and iteration.
