
Senior SAP Application Expert - SAP EWM

- Design and develop scalable, reliable solutions in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to support H&M's global warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs and long-term strategies.
- Should have substantial hands-on experience in warehouse automation, including technologies such as automated guided vehicles (AGVs), conveyor systems, robotic picking.
- Optimize and enhance existing applications by integrating new features, improving performance, and ensuring code quality.
- Strong capabilities on S/4 HANA Leveraging the knowledge to enhance and apply it to current business processes.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation to support long-term system maintainability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- You'll be a part of the Greybox and Robotics Product Area, working within SAP-CoE Enterprise Application Area in the Business Tech organization.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver customer-centric logistics solutions.
- Strong expertise in SAP EWM configuration and S/4HANA.
- Solid understanding of business processes, master data, and cross-functional SAP solutions.
- Experience with integration patterns, including automation in warehousing and 3PL integration.
- Skilled in functional and integration testing (SAP CPI, Event Mesh) and SAP transport management.
- Knowledge of SAP Roles & Authorizations and licensing models with ability to identify cost-efficient solutions.
- Ability to optimize system performance, manage complex batch jobs, and drive efficiency.
- Active contributor to the SAP Community of Practice and adopter of SAP AI tools.
- Excellent communicators with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
- Strong collaboration and vendor engagement skills; able to work independently and mentor juniors.
- Open to innovation, proactive in problem-solving, and passionate about continuous learning.
- Prior experience in the retail or logistics industry is a plus.
