- Engaging with Public sector and Government organizations in Sweden and Finland to understand their complex challenges, you will uncover the underlying pain and the cost of doing nothing.
- Building a (partner) eco system, using your network, to engage at the different levels within targeted organizations.
- Virtually lead a team of Solutions Engineers, Alliances, Marketing, Delivery, Solution Success and many other areas to bring the value to our prospects, customers and partners.
- Positioning the Quantexa platform and our business solutions supported by our current references and best practices.
- A good understanding of the Government Sector issues and ability to ‘advise and solutionize’ with the customer through a consultative sales-based approach
- A track record of positioning and selling Enterprise software either directly or as part of an ecosystem
- Experience exhibiting constructive, resilient, and perseverant behavior in challenging situations, with the ability to perform as the first person on the ground effectively in complex and difficult environments
- Experience of building partnerships across System Integrators, Cloud platform providers and Consultancy organizations
- Experience nurturing accounts and identifying cross sell and upsell opportunities with existing clients
- Strong commercial and entrepreneurial qualities, with determination and ambition like no other to succeed in challenging circumstances
- Ability to integrate into effective sales teams and lead opportunities, with strong collaboration skills, capable of delivery results in less than perfect circumstances
- Expertise working and solution selling within existing Government/Public Sector organisations in the Nordics, with strong working relationships within the Swedish and/or Finnish government
- Ability to be an independent decision-maker but equally is inclusive when evaluating options
- A forward thinking and strategic mindset to plan for both the short and long term, with the ability to support market changes, flagging these early and reacting effectively and positively.
