
CUSTOMER LIABILITY ADMINISTRATOR

- Manage correspondence for the liability team via mail, email, and online portals.
- Index relevant information in a case management system.
- Monitor deadlines and validity of powers of attorney and similar documents.
- Distribute cases to appropriate owners based on content and competence.
- Track receipt status, report deviations, and initiate necessary actions.
You will be part of a dedicated and collaborative team located in SAS headquarters in Frösundavik, Stockholm. Our team values precision, efficiency, and a holistic approach to problem-solving. We support each other and foster a positive work environment.To be successful, we believe you have:
- Post secondary education or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English.
- Understanding of legal concepts and their applications.
