- Drive engaging internal communication initiatives such as Newslink, Viva Engage communities, podcasts, interviews, videos, and newsletters.
- Manage and evolve our digital platforms, including the Industrial Techniques SharePoint site and other internal communication channels.
- Support our People Development programs with impactful communication and follow-up materials.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders, including the Business Area President, VP HR, and VP Controller, to craft compelling internal messages and presentations.
- Contribute to communication strategies during mergers and acquisitions.
- Support internal events such as summits and conferences, ensuring they are memorable and well-communicated.
- Champion new digital communication methods to enhance engagement across the business area.
- University degree and fluency in English (written and spoken).
- A few years of experience in internal communication, HR, marketing, learning, or a related field.
- Experience working in a global, decentralized, multicultural environment is a plus.
- Strong skills in brand messaging, content creation, and storytelling - both online and offline
- Collaborative, open-minded, and customer oriented.
- Structured and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Energetic and self-motivated, with a pragmatic and solution-driven mindset.
