- Planning and monitoring day-to-day operations to ensure seamless progress and optimal performance.
- Establishing a proper coaching structure to empower and develop every member of our team.
- Evaluating the efficiency of business procedures and implementing improvements in collaboration with the Operations Lead.
- Monitoring overall performance by analyzing relevant data and metrics via key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensuring that defined service level agreements (SLAs) are met both internally and externally.
- Ensuring compliance with external regulations and internal policies and guidelines.
- Providing active leadership to drive engagement, efficiency, and excellence within the Ops Support organization.
- Taking an active role in the Operational management team to contribute to strategic decision-making and execution.
- Leadership experience to effectively steer, guide, and motivate the team towards achieving and surpassing goals.
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks, operations, market dynamics, and understanding of industry competitors.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset to gather insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Result-oriented approach with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
