Do you have production experience and the ambition to try out leadership? This role offers the best of both worlds — working hands-on in production while also gaining valuable experience as a team leader.As a Production Team Leader, you will work in production during the day, supporting our ongoing operations, and in the afternoons, take on the responsibility of leading our group of student part-time operators.In this role, you will ensure a smooth production flow, guide and motivate the students in their daily tasks, and act as the key link between them and the broader production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked for a few years in manufacturing and now wants to develop their leadership skills.Key responsibilities:

Contribute actively to production tasks during daytime operations.
Lead, coach, and support the student operators during evening shifts (Mon–Thu 16:30-20:30).
Secure smooth handovers and communication between day and evening shifts.
Ensure that quality and safety standards are met.
Drive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to maintain a smooth workflow

This is a full-time position with the following schedule:

Monday - Thursday: 11:30 - 20:30
Friday: 08:00 - 17:00

Your profileWe believe this role is perfect for someone who has worked for a few years in production and is eager to take on more responsibility.

Previous experience in production or manufacturing.
An interest in leadership and developing others — no formal leadership experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide.
Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable.
Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus).
