Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations.Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.Your roleWe are a global leader in pneumatic industrial tools, and we are now looking for a Customer Support Specialist to play a central role in our new strategic initiative; centralizing and strengthening support for our pneumatic product portfolio. This role is a key part of our ambition to drive sustainable growth, improve customer experience, and streamline technical and commercial support across markets.You will be part of the Global Marketing Team, working in close collaboration with product managers, R&D, Supply Chain and production units in Sweden and Hungary. You will also interact with our global sales companies and customers, ensuring that we deliver world-class support and technical expertise.You will:

Be the go-to expert for customer and sales inquiries related to product selection, technical specifications, dimension drawings and quality topics.
Drive and support delivery performance and cost optimization across product portfolios
Act as a key link between product management, R&D, production, and Supply Chain to ensure fast, accurate, and value-adding support.
Contribute to the development of support processes, documentation, and tools that scale globally.

To succeed, you will need

Strong technical understanding of pneumatic tools and systems
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Experience in technical support, product cordination, or similar roles
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across functions and culture
A proactive, structured and customer focused approach
