Together, we're building new business, enabling transformation, and making a real contribution to sustainability - both in our own ways of working and in the solutions, we deliver to customers worldwide.Your missionIn this role, you'll focus on optimizing and streamlining processes across our main production sites. You will work closely with leaders and teams to drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and productivity - helping to shape a more customer-focused and future-ready operations landscape. While this role does not include direct personnel responsibility, it is a key leadership role where you will drive change and guide cross-functional project teams.As Operational Excellence Manager, you will:
  • Identify and implement process improvements, that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Design and implement new business processes aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Apply Lean principles and conduct value stream mapping to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze performance, continuously improving based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through structured improvement initiatives.
  • Support our manufacturing vision and global footprint strategy.
  • Provide tools, training, and guidance to teams on continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders and key stakeholders across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and operational standards.
  • Define and track key performance indicators and maintain clear dashboards.
Your profileTo thrive in this role, you bring a combination of operational insight, leadership, and a hands-on improvement mindset. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and contributing to something bigger - a smarter, more sustainable industry.We believe you bring:
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or similar.
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, including team leadership and process optimization. Previous experience from the manufacturing industry is highly beneficial.
  • Project management skills with the ability to run multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing technologies, automation, and data analysis tools is desired.
  • Experience applying Lean principles and conducting value stream mapping.
  • Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead without formal line responsibility.
  • A structured and analytical approach to solving problems.
  • Attention to detail and a drive to ensure quality and compliance at all levels.
