It aims at giving the best environment for all players to enjoy their games and connect with each other on any device.We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join us at Ubisoft Connect. Reporting to the technical operations lead, you would assist in the process of making PC games ready for digital distribution around the globe as well as providing support for our cross-platform services.You will be one of the central figures in our multinational technical operations team with team members located on several other studios around Europe and North America. You will work closely with teams located around the globe including the Online Services development teams, Game development teams as well as other stakeholders within the company.Within the role there will be room for other developing tasks depending on your interests.We're offering a permanent position in Malmö, Sweden, with the flexibility to work partially from home (up to two days a week) under our Flexible Workplace Policy. You need to possess a strong willingness to learn, improve and become autonomous. Having a result-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills are also quite important.
