Come and join our journey? 🙌Your role:We are looking for a talented and commercially minded Traffic Acquisition Manager with an active role in generating customer curiosity and interest for transforming potential into revenue, creating a cohesive, seamless attractive and customer experience.Your background:As our Traffic Acquisition Manager, you will adopt a holistic approach to generating traffic, encompassing earned, paid or owned channels, with a focus on optimizing the channel mix to enhance both cost efficency and revenue. The source of traffic, whether from SEM, organic search, direct sources, affiliates, or email, is immaterial as long as it converts at a reasonable cost and ensures customer satisfaction. Thus, as a data driven organization, you will help us fight for KPIs such as number of engaged sessions, total POAS and conversion rate. Overall jobs to be done is to drive and generate traffic, online and in store as well as convert traffic into transactions.In this role, you will develop and execute hands-on strategies to generate customer traffic. Together with your colleagues, you will be able to use all the tricks in your book, including content optimization, page load time enhancement, product information refinement, referral programs, UX (User Experience) enhancements, agency partnerships, utilization of tech platforms, integration of external tools, and rigorous analytics.You will drive and optimize traffic for our different markets and brands, with that extra twist a multilingual and multi market setup gives. And since we are a true omnichannel retailer, the physical store plays a pivotal role in (digital) traffic generation as well. How can we convert web traffic to store sales, if that is the way the consumer wants to transact?Your role entails staying informed about industry trends, thereby ensuring our business maintains a leading position amidst technological advancements. In essence, you possess a clear understanding of optimal traffic generation and customer acquisition strategies within an omnichannel framework. You know what good looks like!So, to sum it up. We are extremely picky in finding the right fit and you should join us, not because we're the pinnacle of e-commerce and digital, but because you're the force that propel us by leading the team and enhance a great part of this amazing omnichannel home of “Everyday Technology”.You will report to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and be a part of the Marketing & Commercial management team in Malmö, Sweden.Your background, skills, and competencies:🚀 We are looking for someone who have a minimum of 5 years of experience from e-commerce traffic generation. Omnichannel experience is considered valuable. You may have experience from either a digital marketing agency or from the customer side of things.🛒 You have a strong commercial understanding and a solid foundation in e-commerce and digital traffic enabling you to review, analyze, execute, and lead effectively. You have a proven understanding of the tools in the digital traffic toolbox on how to drive traffic and conversion in harmony.🏆Your superpowers are grit, and a willingness to drive and manage change with a strong and proven set of leadership skills.✨ To succeed in this role, you have a proficient hands-on understanding of especially SEO and SEM, along with the expertise how to drive conversion to generate sales.🏴 This role is based in Malmö, and you need to be proficient in English as well as either Swedish, Norwegian or Danish.
