An established and growing organisation in Stockholm is looking for a D365 CE Functional Application Consultant to join their digital transformation journey.This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both on-site and remotely, providing flexibility while staying connected with a collaborative team.What You'll Do:*Engage with business users to understand requirements and translate them into effective D365 CE solutions
*Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE applications based on specific client needs
*Lead and contribute to full project life cycles - from discovery to deployment and support
*Deliver user workshops, training, and documentation to ensure adoption
*Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with broader business systems
*Stay informed on the latest Microsoft and Power Platform updates and best practicesWhat You'll Bring:*2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
*Proven background in functional implementation and configuration
*Strong understanding of business processes across sales, marketing, or customer service
*Comfortable working in agile environments with multiple stakeholders
*Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
*Fluent in SwedishBonus if:*Exposure to Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
*Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies
