- Create a product roadmap with aligned initiatives that ties into the product portfolio and product strategy.
- Oversee product development activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular customer and user meetings to gather feedback, understand their evolving needs, and ensure our products continue to meet their expectations.
- Prioritize development initiatives based on short and long-term business value while maintaining a backlog of development items.
- Bring the legal and regulatory requirements into life in our AML products.
- Define and track key success metrics for products, driving execution to achieve them.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning/review/retrospective, and backlog refinement.
- Conduct risk assessments for each feature and involve relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure product deployments adhere to the company's compliance policies and industry regulations.
- Take full ownership of assigned products, demonstrating leadership and empowering product teams throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Communicate and coordinate with other internal teams, such as Solution Management, Support and Sales.
- Ability to understand product requirements within the context of business, regulatory, and technical considerations, and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Product Management experience, demonstrating a proven track record of leading successful product launches preferably within a SaaS and scaleup environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with strong listening skills.
- Ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including customers, developers, support teams, sales, and C-level management.
- Strong strategic thinking and a customer-centric approach to product development.
- Experience working in an agile development environment and proficiency in relevant tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with tech and development processes.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Knowledge and experience in AML or other regulations and reg tech are valued.
