Become a part of us and drive change for generations to come.Your opportunity:We are seeking a Sourcing Site Manager to become part of our Group Procurement team. This strategic role positions you as the primary contact for all procurement activities at your site. You will coordinate sourcing requirements, implement local initiatives, and support the integration of category strategies. You will be based in Garpenberg.Your team:In this position, you will partner closely with site management, project managers, and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate with Category Managers, Logistics, the Procurement Desk, and other colleagues throughout procurement. Externally, you’ll connect with suppliers, consultants and service providers. You will report to Head of Procurement Mines.What you will do:

Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
Serve as the site’s competence champion when it comes to supply chain, staying informed about cost developments and local supplier markets.
Provide training for stakeholders and adapt procurement materials to local needs.
Maintain effective communication and strong stakeholder and supplier relationships.
Ensure contract coverage and support contract management.
Contribute to category strategy development and execution.
Support sustainability efforts and safety initiatives at the site.
Coordinate CAPEX-related procurement planning.
Continuously update sourcing plans and report site-related activities and deviations to management.

What you bring:Academic degree or other relevant education or several years of work experience. Procurement experience, either from a role in Procurement or from relevant operations. Strong skills in negotiation, e-sourcing and ERP systems.
