Om jobbet:Join Our Team as a Process Quality LeadWe are seeking an experienced Process Quality Leadership professional to drive excellence in our cathode active material (CAM) and battery cell manufacturing operations. This is a strategic role that combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities to establish world-class quality standards and processes.Founded in 2017 based on research performed at Uppsala University's Ångström Laboratory, Altris manufactures and sells Fennac® cathode active material, and licenses battery designs for energy storage and transport applications. Together with a handful of international start-ups, Altris is a World leader in Sodium-Ion technology. Similar to Lithium-Ion batteries, lower energy density, but in return: longer life, faster charge and discharge, much safer, greater operating temperature range, cheaper to produce and transport, with virtually unlimited and readily available, environmentally friendly and sustainable raw materials (salt, wood and iron).For more information visitAbout the RoleAs our Process Quality Leader, you will be instrumental in building industry-leading process quality standards while ensuring strict compliance with national and international regulations. You'll work at the intersection of operations, development, and quality assurance to create robust processes that safeguard product quality and enable sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence
  • Establish comprehensive management systems laying the groundwork for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification
  • Develop and implement operational policies, strategies, and procedures aligned with international standards
  • Drive operational best practices focusing on product safety, compliance, and contamination-free manufacturing
  • Create and monitor KPIs to ensure sustainable quality improvement and risk reduction
  • Build a strong QMS culture throughout operations
Technical Leadership
  • Participate in design reviews for CAM and cell manufacturing processes
  • Stay current with cathode and cell technology trends, translating insights into process improvements
  • Lead technology discovery, evaluation, and vendor partnerships for manufacturing equipment
  • Provide technical solutions, support, and training to operations teams
  • Continuously optimize processes for enhanced quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness

  • Expert knowledge in dust and contamination reduction techniques
