- Lead & supervise the execution of our commercial policies to create great customer experiences in all channels.
- Manage business growth in an omni channel perspective with a B2B2C mindset. Negotiate and supervise dealership agreements and teamwork to achieve the agreed goals.
- Always work with final customer in mind. Understanding their needs and working together with our selected partners to overachieve their expectations.
- Build a qualitative network of partners and dealers to achieve commercial goals in the specific region of responsibility.
- Be the face of BYD at country level with industry and key media.
- Build and develop the relation with key industry partners.
- Lead the commercial process from lead to order and from order to delivery.
- Recruit, Coach and Motivate BYD country team.
- Develop Talent and actively lead Performance Improvement Plans.
- Provide relevant market insights and customer feedback and channel internally.
- Complete any additional tasks or projects as assigned by superiors.

- 12+years of overall working experience with at least 3 years as sales manager in automotive, technology or branded consumer goods products.
- Experience on Dealer Management.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
