Join a leading renewable energy company with decades of experience in renewable energy, managing hydropower plants across the Nordics.Be part of a small, dedicated team focused on the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of these assets, while supporting ongoing growth and integration of new projects.Key Responsibilities:Support and oversee O&M contractors for key events and optimisation initiativesLead OPEX and small CAPEX projectsEnsure preventive and corrective maintenance aligns with O&M contractsManage service requests and site inspections, producing detailed reportsSupport regulatory, health & safety, and environmental complianceIdentify and resolve minor technical issuesSuggest improvements and drive operational efficiencyMaintain accurate records and assist with reportingSupport onboarding of new acquisitions into internal systemsContribute to team goals and office administration tasksQualifications & Skills:Degree in Engineering or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with asset management methodologies and technical aspects of renewables (preferred)Strong safety and compliance focusProficient in MS Excel and general IT toolsStrong communication, organisation, and time management skills
