To help us on our quest to be the best, we need brilliant people on board and that’s where you come in. 🚀As a Senior Project Manager with us, you will lead complex B2B implementations and further development of our SaaS solution for both new and existing customers. You have overarching responsibility for establishing strong collaboration both internally and externally, aligning customer expectations with our delivery — ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high product adoption and customer satisfaction as key goals.In the projects you lead, you will work closely with integration, configuration, and content specialists, taking ownership from the first customer contact through to launch. A successful project identifies value-creating opportunities for the customer and builds engagement through strong stakeholder management. We work in an agile way, and you are responsible for proactive and strategic planning of your squad’s resources and customer deliverables to ensure efficient and profitable launches.Within our Delivery team, we manage all Nordic customers across both public and private sectors — a dynamic environment characterized by variety, high pace, and strong development potential.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Understanding and translating customer business needs into concrete solutions on our platform

Acting as an advisor on our product portfolio, best practices within employee benefits and engagement throughout the entire project, with a focus on long-term value and strong product adoption

Creating and implementing a communication plan together with the customer to ensure employee engagement at launch

Driving continuous development of our processes with a focus on customer experience, scalability, and quality

Creating and communicating a clear project plan with ongoing follow-up to ensure that customers deliver the right input at the right time for a smooth system setup

Solid experience in customer-facing project management and/or a coordinating role involving complex problem solving within tech, SaaS, IT, or similar fields

Proven experience leading complex implementations, preferably in customer-centric environments, and familiarity with agile methods and project management methodologies

A strong technical interest, an eye for detail, and a drive to contribute to customer satisfaction through a professional and service-oriented approach

A communicative leadership style and fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken. Additional language skills are always welcome! 🙌
