As a Test Manager in PEU-RP you will as a technical leader drive and define test analysis of new 5G RAN features, for both Purpose built and Cloud RAN deployments, to secure the most efficient and effective test coverage, which ensures product quality and an optimized product flow. Additionally, you will continuously optimize legacy test coverage using several methods for an appropriate risk level. In this context, you will work closely with a wide network including other technical leaders, program organization, product owners, Systems/Design/Test/Customer Support teams etc., and play an active role in inspiring and educating the test community on test strategies and test practices, to secure all the assigned test activities across product test flow are within approved cost, time, and quality frame. 5. Secure that detailed test scope is performed during the execution phase to ensure test coverage and quality 6. Contribute to test strategies and new test methodologies to enhance test efficiency 7. Educate and support the organization on test strategy and efficient testing 1. University education M.Sc/B.Sc in Computer science/Telecommunication/Electrical engineering or equivalent experience 2. Minimum 8 years of experience in 5G RAN development or deployment (e.g., from Systems, Design, Feature Verification, System Verification, CI/CD or Customer Support) 3. Good understanding of software development and testing processes, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies 4. Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English 5. Strong problem solving skills to devise innovative solutions for testing challenges and analytical abilities to troubleshoot complex issues 6. Ability to articulate and convey complex technical information effectively to stakeholders 7. Ability to lead a group of people and inspire and mentor testing teams 8. Ability to handle changing requirements and project scopes with a flexible mindset 9.
