- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, Master's degree preferred and/or proven sales experience in B2B, especially with accounts in Europe.
- The ability to execute strategies skilfully involving multiple stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused.
- Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent listening and communication skills – English fluency required. Swedish is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Ability to travel frequently.
