
Partner Development Manager, Resellers/Distributors - Nordics

- Deep relationships and experience working with IT Distributors, Resellers, and OEMs in the Nordics region
- Strong enterprise sales experience across server, storage, and IT infrastructure solutions
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Track record of developing strategic partner relationships that drive measurable sales growth
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Strong time management, organizational, follow-up, and closing skills
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
- Meet and exceed sales quotas by developing and growing AMD-based business through Distribution and Reseller Channels in the Nordics
- Identify and close new business opportunities across key OEM and Channel Partner accounts
- Collaborate closely with AMD OEM and End-User Sales teams to align channel efforts with broader commercial goals
- Build and deepen relationships with partner sales teams and executive stakeholders
- Drive AMD platform visibility through training, enablement, and local marketing support in partnership with AMD Channel Marketing
- Ensure AMD is top of mind within OEM and Channel partner communities, from sales to executive leadership
- Proven experience selling datacenter and/or commercial client solutions and products in the Nordics region
- Understanding of server/storage infrastructure, workloads, and software ecosystems
- Proven success working with Channel Partners in a sales or partner management capacity
- Knowledge of commercial PC client solutions and local market dynamics
- Global or regional business experience in tech
