We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead a high-profile data centre project based in Sweden. This is a pivotal role that requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of mission-critical environments and a hands-on approach to project delivery.You will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle — from planning and procurement through to installation and handover — ensuring that the work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the data centre project delivery on-site in SwedenCoordinate internal teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless executionMonitor project scope, budget, schedule, and quality performanceProvide regular updates and reports to senior stakeholdersEnsure strict compliance with health & safety standards and project specificationsSupport the transition from contract to potential permanent engagement, where applicableWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience managing data centre, MEP, or mission-critical infrastructure projectsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performanceFamiliarity with European construction standards and safety regulationsWillingness to work onsite in Sweden for the duration of the contractEU work authorisation or right to work in Sweden is requiredDesirable:Background in mechanical, electrical, or technical construction environmentsExperience with modular or prefabricate
