YOUR MISSION AT VOIAs Commercial Optimisation Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how we grow revenue and profit, boost user retention, and optimise pricing across one of our core regions. Working at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, you will partner closely with local market teams and HQ stakeholders to unlock and scale monetisation opportunities. This will include:Strategic Pricing & Data AnalysisLeverage data and analysis to develop and iterate on pricing strategiesConduct A/B tests and simulations to evaluate revenue, profit, and retention impactSupport scenario planning and forecasting to inform regional and global decision-makingMarket Collaboration & ExecutionAct as commercial optimisation lead for one of Voi’s regions, partnering with market teams to identify and activate revenue opportunitiesTailor and implement monetisation initiatives based on analysis of local user behaviour, operational context, and competitive dynamicsDevelop strong stakeholder relationships across regions and functions to enable fast, coordinated delivery of pricing initiativesCommercial Tooling & EnablementContribute to the development of pricing and performance tooling in collaboration with Product, Data, and EngineeringSupport documentation, playbooks, and process improvements to help local teams take greater ownership of monetisation leversChampion data-driven mindset, knowledge sharing and scalable frameworks across the organisation to accelerate improvementsWHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARKWe’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical ability with structured problem solving, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
