Physical Security Site Specialist

- Dialogue with the security guards on site regarding daily routines, security checks and protection of the site.
- Create, review and communicate work instructions and/or SOP's for the Security guards.
- Responsible for one of our Physical security systems, i.e. CCTV, Access control, intrusion alarm.
- Participate in and support implementing and continuously maintaining Northvolt's physical security requirements on the site.
- Participate in and support risk assessment to take the right decision and activities regarding physical security at site.
- Support that additional needs of physical security at the site are continuously reviewed, executed, and maintained.
- Ensure that the “security zone-concept” is implemented at the site's different locations/areas and is continuously reviewed and improved.
- Ensure that all physical security procedures and requirements are implemented and if needed, initiate proactive and reactive actions.
- Train and educate colleagues regarding physical security, and if needed, support, review and improve site specific physical security trainings.
- Ensure that “visitor management” is followed and continuously improved at the site.

- At least three years of upper secondary education, post-secondary education is a merit
- Education in physical security, physical security management, security specialist or similar work-related activity is a merit.
- At least three years' experience of physical security work.
- Experience from, and proof of, turning tactical plans into operational execution, including planning, execution and deliver on own responsibilities and given tasks.
- A valid driver's license class “B”.
- Good skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements as well as used to work accordingly.
- Good communication skills with fluency in written and verbal English. Swedish and/or site local language is a plus.
- Appreciate and see a strength in collaborating with colleagues from different areas of expertise and experience to solve problems fast and commonly.
- Proudly share knowledge and happily guide and support colleagues.
- Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, with excellent time management.
