- Lead testing activities: Drive our transition from manual to automated testing, establishing robust testing practices that improves speed, coverage and reliability.

- Automation development: Design and implement automated test frameworks in Phyton, collaborating closely with software developers to integrate testing seamlessly into the development process.
- Software Verification & Validation: Ensure system integrity by setting up routines and work processes that test and verify software through the development process before release.
- Hands-On hardware and software testing: Engage directly and test our products, ensuring that our delivery to our customer meets our high standards.
- Test design & execution: Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive tests plans and test cases that meet project/customer requirements and specifications.
- Issue resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve complex issues.
- Quality leadership: Champion best practices in testing, continuously driving improvements in, tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Education: Master’s degree in computer science, Embedded Systems, Electronics, or a related field.
- Embedded systems experience: Proven track record of testing and validating embedded software and hardware solutions.
- Automation expertise: hands-on experience driving transition from manual to automated testing, with solid skills in test framework development.
- Programing proficiency: Strong coding ability in Python (or similar high -level languages) for automation scripting.
- System-level testing: Experience testing across both hardware and software environments, ensuring seamless system integration.
- Tool knowledge: Familiar with version control (e.g., Git), bug tracking (e.g., Jira) and test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
- CI/CD Practices: Knowledge of modern continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and automated test environments.
- Passion for technology: A genuine drive to explore, learn, and apply new tools and methods in testing and quality assurance.
- Language skills: Excellent written and spoken English
