- Minimum 2 years experience in an in-house global mobility role, managing tax and/or international assignments
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, HR, Business or related).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of global mobility tax and the OECD tax treaty model, social security implications for employees and companies, as well as other relocation related compliance matters.
