You will play an important part in securing the delivery of IT services to the organization while supporting OX2’s strategy and rapid growth. You will be leading a team of IT professionals and be overall responsible for ensuring that the stability-, security-, and efficiency targets of all IT systems are met.About the positionAs Manager of IT Business Solutions you will be leading a team of experienced IT professionals who work with the delivery of IT services within OX2, ensuring that they align with the OX2’s strategic goals and objectives. Together you ensure that IT services meet the quality, security, and performance standards and that IT services are continuously evolved and improved to meet new needs driven by the company's rapid rate of change, expansion, and desire to further streamline our work through a higher degree of digitization.The Manager of IT Business Solutions is a new role in IT and will involve working in close collaboration with the entire IT organization as well as key business stakeholders and suppliers. You will be a member of IT Management Team, and report to the Head of IT.Your responsibilities will include:

Lead and motivate a team of IT professionals and provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Foster a culture of service excellence, customer centricity and continuous improvements. Drive team productivity and satisfaction.
Drive the software development work of the business systems within OX2. Oversee and align the delivery of agreed IT projects as well as continuous improvements, ensuring that they are delivered with quality and according to plans.
Ensure efficient software maintenance of OX2 business systems. Provide advice and guidance on IT operational matters, such as IT governance, risk management, compliance, and best practices.
Establish service level agreements and customer adoption and satisfaction metrics and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT operational services and support.
Monitor and manage IT operational performance and security, ensuring that they meet the agreed standards and expectations.
Drive enhancements regarding our Way of Working, where OX2 IT is transitioning into a more agile way of working together with business.
Secure that total demand on team resources is met with sufficient capacity; in-house personnel or provided by partners.

Sound like you?We want to hire someone who has genuine interest in people and technology and has documented experience in leadership from a similar role. You want to take an active part in further building the team as well as developing our Way of Working. A prerequisite for the job is that you have broad technical competence. Preferably you are a system developer, enterprise architect or similar at the core, with a broad and solid understanding of business-related systems such as ERP, PPM, CRM, BI, GIS and Document management solutions. You have an enterprise architectural eye and thrive when working cross-teams with end-to-end optimization and automation in focus. Your work is based on established principles, frameworks, and methods where you drive change in a structured and educative way.In addition, you have:

Proven experience in a similar managerial role in IT, with focus on Business solutions.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership, project management, and strategic planning.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or others are desirable. Experience from agile way-of-working.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science of related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
