Application and Platform Developer

- Database design using proper normalization and principles for given platform.
- Design and code applications utilizing both high and LCNC development platforms.
- Debug and troubleshoot applications and application code.
- Design UIs that are user-friendly and meet all requirements.
- Design environment, solution, governance, and promotional strategies for low-code and DevOps platforms.
- Work with end users to help them create applications within our low-code platform.
- Work with and design DevOps pipelines, repositories, and CI/CD processes.
- Use and help design DevOps processes for ALM and software release management.
- Provide high-level support and maintenance for applications and application development platforms.
- Collaborate with members of the department frequently to enhance processes, applications, development, and user training and support. *
- At least 2 years of experience developing applications with the .NET framework or within Microsoft Power Platform.
- At least 1 year of experience developing in C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, or an object-oriented programming language.
- At least 1 year of experience working with and writing queries against a RDBMS such as SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle.
- Experience programming in ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a major plus.
- Experience developing solutions in Microsoft Power Platforms is a major plus.
- Experience automating workflows or creating low-code automated solutions is a plus.
- Experience with AI tools to aid in application development is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Agile methods (such as Scrum) and Waterfall development.
- Basic understanding of Azure DevOps, ALM processes, and CI/CD.
- Proficient interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
