
Visual and Motion Designer

- Concept, idea development and visual design.
- Graphic design development including artwork, mock-ups, presentations, motion design/graphics.
- Social Media asset production.
- Monitor industry trends and research developments in branding and marketing.
- Produce designs/ideas to the client's brief and exacting standards from start to completion.
- Direct, oversee and execute production of content and concepts for digital platforms.
- Ensure all content is highest quality and relevant for multiple markets.
- Direct development of post imagery and copy, including guiding team members.
- Work proactively to push brands toward new creative expressions.
- Ensure all concepts follow responsible communication guidelines.
- Develop effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Motion Design and Animation:
- Strong skills in 2D motion design and animation.
- Keen eye for timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere.
- Ability to storyboard animation concepts.
- Experience creating engaging motion graphics for various platforms.
- Video Editing:
- Proficient in editing video content for multiple platforms.
- Skill in ensuring narrative flow and brand consistency.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current editing trends, techniques, and emerging tools.
- Experience in post-production and FX.
- Ability to adapt content for different digital formats and channels.
- Design:
- Solid foundation in graphic design, including typography, layout, and composition.
- Ability to support and interpret art direction across motion and static assets.
- Comfortable contributing to visual concept development.
- Strong collaboration skills with senior creatives.
- Experience creating cohesive design systems across multiple touchpoints.
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
- An innate creative flair, interested in art direction and in developing concepting skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
- An understanding how to work across online banners (static and animated), social media posts (primarily Instagram and Facebook), web design, UI design, HTML email and storytelling
- An understanding of responsive design across all digital platforms
- An understanding of UX and latest Social and Digital technology trends
- Motion and video skills using After Effects, Premiere and Storyboarding Animation concepts
- Working on print-based collateral with great knowledge of branding
- The ability to talk through your ideas confidently with the team and clients
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen interest in emerging technologies such as AI enhance project deliveries.
- Experience in consumer goods, luxury, or drinks and beverages sectors preferred.
- Fluency in Swedish and English
