- Work in DevOps model to implement/expand on-premise ServiceNow modules CSM and ITSM for our customers
- Implement/modify integrations using REST API or ServiceNow Integration Hub
- Contribute as ServiceNow developer in projects ranging from simple to complex
- Handle migration and cloning in various production and non-prod instances of ServiceNow
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator and preferably Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and CSM
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow developer working for clients
- Strong technical knowledge about on-premise ServiceNow ITSM and CSM module
- Proven track record working in ServiceNow platform as technical consultant
- Ability to analyse and improve current implementation and solutions and ability to explain and present new ideas and solutions
- Ability to communicate well in Swedish and English
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow native automation capabilities are preferred
- A good communicator who communicate well with customers and within organization
- Well-spoken, articulate and communicative
- Self-managed and well organized
- Able to work in global environment and with people
