Our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team owns and operates the shared Azure platform that enables our development teams to deliver secure, observable, and scalable software products worldwide. Our ambition is to establish world-class operations with fully automated CI/CD pipelines (Bicep + Azure DevOps), and to deliver reusable platform capabilities ("Towers") – such as Observability, Security, Networking, CI/CD, and Automation – as managed services to our dev teams. The SRE team is responsible for:
- Central and shared infrastructure in Azure
- Platform architecture and governance
- Operational excellence: SLAs/OLAs, cost control, compliance, performance, reliability
- Support and operations for global production environments (follow-the-sun model)
