Design and develop engaging learning experiences using instructional design principles and modern e-learning methodologies.
Create compelling educational content, including e-learning modules, interactive simulations, and blended learning programs.
Leverage industry-leading tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline (or similar) to build high-quality courses.
Work closely with technical experts to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning materials.
Adapt to different industries and client needs, ensuring that each learning solution is tailored and effective.
Measure and enhance learning impact by developing assessment tools and iterating based on feedback.

Grundläggande kvalifikationer

Higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Education, or a related field.
Experience in instructional design and content creation, particularly for technical industries (automotive, telecom, IT, or similar).
Mastery of Articulate Rise and Storyline (or similar e-learning authoring tools).
Strong content creation skills, including writing clear and engaging text and basic image editing.
Background in adult education and understanding of instructional design models.
