The majority of products and installed base in Sweden consists of UPS´s and the primary function of the role is to perform UPS commissioning, service/repairs and periodic maintenance. Support customers in technical questions (phone and/ or mail). Support colleagues in Service department and sales with technical knowledge. Proactively be involved in scheduling/planning of works. Actively support and work to be in line with goals and performance KPI´s Secure time reporting and technical reports are done in connection to each individual work Acting as mentor for new employed FSE. Cooperate with Project Managers in projects supporting in plannnig and commissioning scheduling. Offer support for high profile clients, providing technical advice and attending site visits as required. Maintain direct links with business units (HPO) in technical issues. Electrical program or similar at "gymnasium level" "Gymnasium or similar", 2 + years experience in the field Good software skills, Service electrician, industrial electrician, service technician. 1-phase/3-phase systems. Battery backup, emergency supply. Communication skills / Customer and Solution Focused attitude / Flexibility / Be able to work together with different cultures / Able to follow instructions Professional level of Swedish and English language knowledge is a must. Driving license and able to travel in North Sweden (with overtnight stays).
