Our 700 co-workers support digital products and services for clients and transforming and protecting our existing IT landscape, making sure our 345,000 colleagues all over the world can work efficiently in a modern IT environment.At Securitas Intelligent Services we are seeking a talented Optimizely Senior Tech Lead to join our team.As a Senior Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using the Optimizely platform to meet our stakeholders' requirements.Responsibilities:

Translate requirements into realizable architectures and solutions and supporting the development team to implement the solution ( and is not afraid to help out with development if needed)
Ensure that the platform is cyber secured
Collaborate with stakeholders such as marketing team to understand their business objectives and technical requirements
Design and architect optimization solutions using the Optimizely platform
Develop and support experimentation strategies to improve key metrics such as conversion rates and engagement
Work closely with cross-functional teams

Preferred experience and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
6 + years of IT experience
Proven experience as a Senior Tech Lead or similar role
Strong understanding of web technologies
Proficiency in implementing and configuring CMS platforms such as Optimizely.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Certifications in Optimizely or related technologies is a plus.
Extensive experience in Content management platform and preferable Optimizely and Digital Asset Management (DAM)
