- Plan and monitor daily production schedules across assembly lines to ensure efficient and timely output.
- Balance supply chain and factory constraints, optimizing stock levels, distribution flows, and overall efficiency.
- Develop and execute production plans that support changes in product range, logistics, and business needs.
- Collaborate with commercial teams and key stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and align planning strategies.
- Act as a central liaison across departments, ensuring smooth coordination and communication during cross-functional projects.
- Identify and resolve critical issues by analyzing root causes and defining actionable solutions with stakeholders.
- Communicate plans and updates clearly and effectively to various audiences, ensuring engagement and alignment.
- Uphold professionalism, teamwork, and ethical standards in line with corporate guidelines.
- Higher education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in planning or supply chain roles, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with ERP systems.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across functions.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
