- A strong technical understanding of manufacturing equipment and a background in industrial food production, FMCG, pharmaceutical, packaging, heavy industry, or a highly technical industry
- A strong commercial and social acumen, with the ability to drive technical sales and manage highly technical conversations
- Experience in managing internal stakeholders and leading collaborative efforts
- Strong project leadership skills, with openness to new ideas
- A driven and goal-oriented professional with a passion for accelerating both client success and commercial growth.
- Understanding of the Lean manufacturing and Six-Sigma tools and concepts such as A3 Analysis, Kanban, Kaizen, and 5s in production.
- Passionate for lifelong learning and staying up to date with industry trends and technologies
- A plus if you already possess a good understanding of EU legislation in Food Processing/Production and packaging environment
- EU Driver's license required
- Able to communicate fluently in English, and additional EU language skills are a plus
- Able to travel regularly and represent Micvac in trade shows and industry events.
- Bachelor's or master´s degree in Engineering
