Team Leader of the Mechanical EngineersGather around we’re looking for a driven and inspiring leader to take charge of our Mechanical Engineer Team at SCALINQ. You’ll lead concept development, CAD design processes, product development, and prototyping efforts, all while encouraging an environment where creativity and collaboration thrive.To excel in this role, you must be a skilled Mechanical Engineer yourself, actively contributing your expertise and technical skills to the team’s success.Requirements:

Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar with 10+ years of industrial experience

Mechanical simulations (thermodynamics, stress analysis, etc.)Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Fusion 360, Solidworks) for designing and modelingExperience in product developmentSolid understanding of mechanical systemsDeep understanding of DFM and DFAStrong understanding of prototyping and structured product development to ensure quality and efficiency * A commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in the field

Experience of Leadership in a high tech environment, 5 years of experience

The role includes:

Personnel Responsibility (you will handle salary reviews, development talks, encouragement, onboarding and more)
Ensure budget compliance and maintain financial oversight for the team
Being a core member of the Mechanical team and leading efforts to optimize product performance and manufacturability
