Monitoring the driver behavior is safety critical both for normal driving as well as for autonomous driving. And on top of that the yummiest coffee in Gothenburg!Work descriptionOur project team is responsible for delivering our products to our customers. Work involves development of product customizations, project validation, product integration support as well as other technical customer support.The customer support is typically towards a customer's engineering team and ranges from questions about how something works to analyses or investigations of how our product behaves given certain data.The project team develops various tools to facilitate troubleshooting or data analysis for the customer. The team also actively improves different CI pipelines, especially the product release pipeline. It is a friendly and international team where collaboration with our Customer Program Owners, as well as with other development teams within the company, is essential.Typical product customization would be development of new features, optimizing the software for specific target platforms and environments. The work also involves testing and verification for specific vehicle programs as well as working with our customers to create the best possible user experience.You will have an active impact of the processes and projects and will work in close cooperation with the other talented team members. Your contribution to how we can meet our customers needs with tomorrow's technology will be of crucial importance.Reporting to: Group Manager in Automotive Solutions Development
Location: Smart Eye AB, Headquarters (Gothenburg)Skills & RequirementsMust-have-skills:

University degree within Engineering context preferably Computer Science or similar.
Good knowledge in C/C++, Python and Linux.
Background in software development, preferably within embedded systems.

Good-to-have-skills:

Experience in one or more fields of image processing, graphics programming, real time operating systems such as QNX, Integrity or Autosar.
Experience of software development and/or system engineering within automotive industry (Tier 1/OEM).
Experience of developing software for products related to functional safety and ISO-26262.
Experience of customer support.
