- Be responsible of driving and implementing our test strategy
- Test case management for both manual and automated tests
- Implement and develop test cases and test automation
- Coach developers and the wider team on QA practices and ways of working
- Ensure our platform meets the quality standards expected by customers and our internal stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead QA role in e-commerce
- Experience in testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) and Salesforce Core (Oms/Service Cloud)
- Expertise in test cases management (Atomic and E2E)
- Expertise in defect management
- Expertise in key testing methodologies and types (functional, regression & smoke, UAT)
- Experience with Integration Testing and E2E testing (3rd party APIs, payment gateways, ERP systems)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Strong experience with testing Ecommerce Storefront headless solutions
- Experience with test automation (playwright)
- Experience with CI/CD and its establishment process
- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, data models, workflows, object relationships, multi-cloud environments and integration points
- Familiar with Salesforce deployments, sandboxes, and environment management
- Experience using Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, and SOQL queries for validation
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Associate, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder)
- Finnish or Swedish language skills
