At our eCommerce and customer domain we are transforming both the platform and the team to be more growth-oriented and to work better towards our business objectives without compromising the quality of our technical platforms.As our QA Lead, you are responsible for ensuring the quality of delivery across our entire digital platform, including our eCommerce platform as well as CRM, loyalty and services management. You will spend your time designing, improving and implementing our test strategies, and collaborating with our team consisting of a scrum master, developers and UX designers. QA is a new role within our digital team so you will have responsibility of driving this area and be hands-on with our test strategy implementation.What you will do

Be responsible of driving and implementing our test strategy
Test case management for both manual and automated tests
Implement and develop test cases and test automation
Coach developers and the wider team on QA practices and ways of working
Ensure our platform meets the quality standards expected by customers and our internal stakeholders

Who you are

5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead QA role in e-commerce
Experience in testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) and Salesforce Core (Oms/Service Cloud)
Expertise in test cases management (Atomic and E2E)
Expertise in defect management
Expertise in key testing methodologies and types (functional, regression & smoke, UAT)
Experience with Integration Testing and E2E testing (3rd party APIs, payment gateways, ERP systems)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

What we consider as a plus

Strong experience with testing Ecommerce Storefront headless solutions
Experience with test automation (playwright)
Experience with CI/CD and its establishment process
Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, data models, workflows, object relationships, multi-cloud environments and integration points
Familiar with Salesforce deployments, sandboxes, and environment management
Experience using Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, and SOQL queries for validation
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Associate, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder)
Finnish or Swedish language skills
