As we scale our platform and commercialize breakthrough solutions, we're looking for a Director of Operations to help us build a world-class organization.This is a key leadership role reporting to the SLT, perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll lead internal operations, drive cross-functional delivery, and ensure we're running as effectively as we're innovating.What you'll do
  • Act as the operational right hand to the CEO
  • Lead business operations (planning, budgeting, compliance, procurement, IT, HR processes)
  • Ensure effective coordination across teams (R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Commercial)
  • Own internal reporting (KPIs, OKRs), planning cycles, and delivery tracking
  • Build systems and processes that enable scale, clarity, and accountability
What we're looking for
  • 6+ years of experience in operations, program delivery, or strategic execution
  • Strong track record in managing and scaling operations, preferably in manufacturing, or tech-heavy industry
  • Excellent communicator with strong analytical and systems thinking skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally in high-growth or regulated settings
  • Able to manage and lead a multifunction team
  • Fluent in English (we are a multinational team from 20+ countries)
  • Proven negotiation skills a plus
