- Create Nordic CPPAs (Channel Price Pack Architecture) per category/brand, identify white spots and find distribution opportunities with both existing core articles and new innovations. Responsible for tracking distribution and flagging deviations. Work with the Nordic marketing and sales teams to ensure we have the right assortment to deliver our growth plans in each channel both short and long term.
- Develop promotional strategies per category/brand and follow up / steer with the sales teams, ensuring alignment to agreed promotional strategy.
- Work with Nordic and local Sales Controllers to monitor and evaluate promotional performance internally and externally to ensure our activity is effective within each category/brand and make recommendations to local sales teams on how to maximize promotional activity going forward.
- Work with a long-term pricing strategy per category/brand, including tracking RSP and be responsible for Nordic RRSP* on both current assortment and on innovations/ go to market projects (*RRSP is at the discretion of the retailer).
- Monitor NSP and TTC development on a Nordic level and propose actions to improve by country/customer. Monitor against European floor price adherence. Make recommendations to sales leaders/KAMs in the countries on how to execute plans to improve GM, NSP and TTCs going forward.
- Provide financial evaluation during the annual business planning process to support the development of 3 year plans to deliver revenue, NSP, Market shares and profit growth.
- You will be confident using a variety of data sources (e.g. B.One/Luna, Nielsen, IQVIA) to identify commercial and category opportunities through data-led recommendations.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful and actionable insight and recommendations
- Good understanding of the links between commercial and financial decisions to ensure all decisions are well balanced within the bigger picture
- Confident stakeholder management and aptitude to establish strong working relationships is key. Ability to deliver in a cross-matrix way and deliver through others
