Welcome!About the companyWe are a Spanish tapas restaurant and vineyard that has been operating in Lysekil for 20 years. At Luna Vineyard & Restaurant, you will work with a team of over 20 people during the summer, where we see everyone as 100% committed. This is primarily to satisfy our guests, which is also one of the reasons why we have been number one on Tripadvisor in the area for several years!We are an authentic Spanish restaurant in Sweden with a wide selection of Spanish wines. Our variety and interest in wine are known in the region. Our vineyard is also one of the northernmost vineyards in the world. At the vineyard, we offer guided tours, tasting menus with matching wine packages, etc.What we're looking for

Kitchen staff during the peak season, from April to September.

Employment from 80% to 100%.
Extra kitchen staff.

Your responsibilitiesAs part of our kitchen team, your main task is to ensure high-quality cooking and presentation of dishes, while following our recipes and quality guidelines. You will also contribute to an efficient and positive work environment in the kitchen by collaborating closely with other members of the kitchen team.Qualifications and skills

Communication skills: Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in English. It's a plus if you also know Swedish and Spanish, as we have recurring staff mainly from Sweden and Spain in both the kitchen and the dining area.
Customer service: You have previous experience (at least 2 years) in service roles and a genuine interest in meeting people.
Teamwork & responsibility: You work well with others and take responsibility for your tasks, being punctual and reliable in your work.
Resilience: You remain calm and efficient even during busy periods and can handle unexpected situations professionally.
Knowledge: It's a plus if you have knowledge of wine service and Spanish cuisine.

Social: You enjoy social situations and find it easy to connect with new people. You also enjoy working in a group and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
Adaptability: You are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances.
