Technical Writer

- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer (5+ years preferred), preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills in American English with a focus on clarity and precision.
- Knowledge of writing in simplified technical English is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments can effectively contribute to documentation in iterative development cycles.
- Experience in SolidWorks Composer (or similar) for creating illustrations.
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience working with Component Content Management System (CCMS) tools.
- CCMS tools Quanos Schema ST4 and Skribenta.
- Familiarity with automatic door systems or similar mechanical systems is a plus.
- Collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Teams, or Slack,
