- Lead the commercial resolution of SBV issues across third-party channels.
- You will monitor and drive price parity across key markets and platforms.
- You will serve as the central contact for Online Booking Tools (OBTs) and TMC tech partners.
- Your ability to collaborate across Commercial, IT, Revenue Management and external partners will be crucial to ensure SBV.
- You will refine and communicate insights from saleability dashboards to senior leadership.
- You will deliver training and enablement for internal teams and strategic partners and be the advocate for seamless integration of SAS content across indirect channels.
- Strong understanding of airline distribution ecosystems (GDS, NDC, OBTs, TMCs), NDC and Modern Airline Retailing
- Proficient in one or many OBT's.
- Experience in commercial airline roles-ideally in distribution or partnerships.
- Excellent sense of order and structure having worked with jira and Salesforce previously.
- Excellent problem solver, resolution deliverer and communication skills.
- Thorough, patient, process-oriented, structured, with an analytical mindset, and strong drive to achieve results.
- Familiarity with fare structures, pricing logic, and retailing dynamics.
- Proactive, structured, and curious-able to turn complexity into clarity.
- Team player
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
