As the MDM Architect, you will act as the steward of the organization's master data model, ensuring uniformity and accuracy of shared data assets and upholding a single source of truth for all decision-making.You will balance technical architecture with business needs, providing leadership in data architecture discussions and translating business requirements into effective technical solutions. This is a full-time senior role with a hybrid work arrangement (mix of remote and on-site work).Key responsibilities:

Design and Architect Scalable MDM Solutions

Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure Master Data Management solutions using Profisee on Microsoft Azure, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.

Develop and Maintain Enterprise Data Models

Establish and sustain master data standards, schemas, and hierarchies. Ensure the data model supports enterprise-wide needs and evolves with changing business processes.

Optimize Data Quality and Governance

Define and maintain match/merge rules, validation processes, and governance policies to uphold high data quality and compliance across the MDM platform.

Enable Golden Record and Workflow Management

Implement procedures for data matching, survivorship, and workflow optimization to maintain a single source of truth and streamline master data operations.

Collaborate and Drive Innovation

Work cross-functionally with IT and business stakeholders to integrate MDM with existing systems. Continuously improve the architecture by adopting emerging technologies and best practices in data management.Your Profile

Minimum 7+ years of experience in data management or architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise MDM solutions using Profisee.

Deep knowledge of the Profisee platform, including data modeling, business rules, survivorship, and architect-level certification (e.g. LP7), with multiple successful project implementations.

Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases, data integration tools, and experience building data services in cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.

Strong understanding of MDM principles, data governance practices, and data quality management, with the ability to define and enforce enterprise-wide data standards.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders in data-driven initiatives.
