What you can expect as a Account Manager at LeadDesk
  • 3-5 years of experience in driving new business by identifying, qualifying and closing new customers logos
  • Contributing directly to revenue growth and market expansion
  • Hunting for new logos and drive outbound activity
  • Following up on SDR-qualified leads and progress them through the pipeline
  • Managing the full sales cycle up-to closed-won
  • Collaborating with Sales Development , Account Managers and Customer Success during handover
  • Contributing to CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy
  • Participating in marketing/sales campaigns, webinars and events
This is where the match happensMust-haves
  • Documented experience in outbound sales / new customer acquisition (hunter profile)
  • Strong ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and thrives under performance targets and high phase
  • High energy and persistence - bounces back from setbacks and learns fast
  • Solution oriented mindset with strong consultative selling approach
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, written and verbal
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of team
  • Comfortable using CRM and digital sales tools (eg. HubSpot/salesforce, LinkedIn, Sales Nav etc.)
  • Curious mindset - eager to learn from peers customers and feedback
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
Nice-to-haves
  • Background from similar or SaaS industry
  • Understanding basic sales metrics (pipeline coverage, MRR, Conversion rate)

  • Your location: Sweden
  • Work permit in Sweden
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Work model: Hybrid work model 3 days a week at the office
  • Working hours: Flexible
  • Employment: Full-time and permanent
