The work as an assistant professor means that you will be employed by the university and work at Umeå Institute of Design.The work with media production consists of:
- Ensuring that there is order and order in the photo studio.
- Managing and administering the lending of equipment.
- Acting as support to communicators when it comes to media production for social media.Qualifications
If you are applying for a position as an assistant professor, you must:
- Be enrolled in the Industrial Design Programme or in the Master's Programme at UID.
- Have good social skills.
- Be interested in media production according to the duties described above.It is an advantage if you have experience of similar tasks.Terms of Employment
The position is 10% of full-time during the autumn semester 2025 and the spring semester 2026. The employment starts on 1 October 2025 or as otherwise agreed and begins with you being introduced and trained in your duties by experienced staff at Umeå Institute of Design.Application
