Diagnosis and finding solutions for the diverse technical issues of our customers
Remedying errors that occur, software adjustments and carrying out repairs on site
Retrofitting options and automation solutions
Commissioning of machines and components at the customer's site and instruction in machine operation
Carrying out a wide range of maintenance work

Your Profile

Completed technical training in the field of electrics or mechatronics (further training desirable)
Preferable several years of professional experience in field service (maintenance and repair) within commissioning or maintenance of machines (practical experience with CNC machines from DMG MORI desirable)
Very good knowledge of drive technology, control technology and PLC control of machines
Preferable experience with CNC controls (e.g. Siemens, Heidenhain or Fanuc)
Service-oriented approach, customer-friendly demeanor and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Willingness to travel and corresponding flexibility
