- Find and connect with new clients in Sweden, focusing on enterprise and mid-market companies.
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities through research, networking, and direct sales.
- Manage the full sales cycle from generating leads to closing big deals.
- Work with our technical and delivery teams to create IT solutions (Software, AI, Cloud, ERP, Infrastructure, or Managed Services) that fit client needs.
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Share sales progress and forecasts with management regularly.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 8 10 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development in Sweden.
- Strong network of decision-makers in large enterprises (Fortune 1000 preferred).
- Proven record in hunting new accounts and closing big deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English (Swedish language is an advantage).
