- Lead BU Digital Battlespace Solution´s (DBS) core platform organisation, delivering a robust, scalable and reusable foundation for all products and external platform opportunities.
- Own the platform roadmap and ensure alignment with BU strategy, domain needs, and long-term interoperability goals.
- Drive platform-first delivery, ensuring all mission applications and domain solutions reuse common services wherever possible.
- Be a visible champion for engineering excellence, actively scanning for and implementing modern tools, frameworks, to raise developer productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
- Ensure platform is architected for secure integration of AI/ML-enabled capabilities and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate closely with Strategy & Partnerships, PUs, and Marketing & Sales to shape platform direction and opportunities Represent the platform capability in group forums, partner engagements, and industry events.
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and knowledge sharing across the BU.
- Proven leadership experience in large, multi-disciplinary engineering or product organisations, particularly in complex, mission-critical environments.
- A track record of delivering secure, scalable, cloud-native platforms and reusable core services.
- Experience introducing and embedding modern development tools and practices across distributed teams.
- Deep technical expertise, with the ability to quickly understand and apply technology in a military C5ISR context; defence experience is a plus but not required.
- A strong background in platform architecture, system integration, and DevOps.
- An understanding of AI/ML-enabled systems and the architectural considerations for secure, scalable integration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a matrix organisation, with the presence to influence senior levels.
- A structured way of working that you can also create and communicate to your team.
- A keen interest in learning new things and adapting to different environments and cultures.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and portfolio governance.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
